Meet Edwin Loayza and David Jofre, the proud co-owners of Deluxe Painting And Renos.

Their journey began as two teenagers trying to make a living, along the way they met and turned into business partners, and painted their way to success.
Back when it started, Edwin was seventeen, and as he had a pregnant girlfriend, he was driven to find a career path that could provide for his new family. Having grown up in a family-owned painting firm, he decided to follow in their footsteps and began painting. David on the other hand, moved as a painter from Argentina to Bronx, NY, where climbing the ladder seemed like his only choice.
They’ve come a long way since then, and with over forty years of combined experience under their belts, they established Deluxe Painting And Renos to provide their clients with quality services that are based on the values of honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity.
Unlike when they first started, they have been exposed to a lot of competition now, but they believe what sets them apart is their commitment to clients’ needs, hard work, and dedication, along with a trained team and high standard work.
They understand that it takes faith and trust for a client to let someone inside their home or workplace, to tamper with their surroundings and they wish to pay their clients back with 100% satisfaction. And as a reward, they get to witness the happiness on their clients’ faces as they see the final result and recommend their firm to people they know.
Although they truly enjoy their work, as it involves spreading colors and smiles, they have other passions they enjoy when they’re not at work. Edwin prides himself on carrying out renovations at home as well as working on his vintage motorcycle, while David enjoys watching soccer. They both love spending time with their families and traveling.
